Tricia Clarke is an event curator and master project manager.

After working as a Music Editor and Broadcast Journalist at The Voice Newspaper and BBC Radio 1 &1Xtra in the UK for several years, she moved to the US in 2005 and became an editor at National Public Radio (NPR).

In 2013, Tricia leveraged her communication skills and transitioned from international journalism to event management and has worked on many high-level events in the DMV area including the Associated

Black Charities Gala, and Baltimore’s African American Festival as well as coordinating meetings for companies like CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Johns Hopkins University and Harford Community

College. In 2022 Tricia launched Crave Culture Events, LLC, a full-service, event management company specializing in

intentional and inclusive experiences. She has since helped various companies execute professional development and community events as well as promote their DEI initiatives and programming. Previous clients include the National Association of Corporate Directors, Path Forward Consulting and College Bound Parenting.

Colette Colclough, is a seasoned human resource professional, entrepreneur, and business owner. Her entrepreneurial journey also extends to her role as the Founder and CEO of the nonprofit Forward Women's Leadership Forum. Under her visionary leadership, this organization is dedicated to

empowering women to achieve their business, professional, and personal goals.

With an impressive background spanning over 25 years in human resources, Mrs. Colclough has cultivated expertise across various fields, including training, payroll, management, and recruitment. She concluded a distinguished career at Maryland Public Television, where she served as the vice president and head of human resources

Nia Confer is a Content Strategist for small businesses. She believes that small,

dedicated product-based businesses can stand out on social media if they lead with value.

Nia has been an impactful marketing manager. Notable clients are American Red

Cross, the City of Birmingham, RW Record Pool & the Black wHole Music record label.

Currently, she is serving small businesses to find their ideal audience & increase sales

by building their online presences through her content creation agency, 

Sophisticated Beginner.

Nia has earned a degree in Communications Management from the University of

Alabama in Birmingham.

When she is not marketing, Nia enjoys theology, writing, and decorating cookies.

Natalie Susan Jobity is a Leadership Elevation Strategist, Personal Brand Architect, Best-Selling Author, and Speaker.  As the “Brilliance Unveiler,” she integrates her 25 years of marketing, image consulting, entrepreneurship and coaching expertise with her strategic brilliance, creative ingenuity, and her innate ability to spot potential, to help women rise to their highest leadership heights. 

Natalie has dedicated the past fifteen years of her life to empowering women to shape their outside shine so that it matches their inner, innate, unique brilliance. In her leadership coaching company, The Unveiled Way, she empowers heart-centered, high-achieving women seeking to make their divinely designed impact, to operate in their brilliance so they are positioned to lead authentically and unapologetically in their arena.

As a passionate speaker and storyteller, she creates authentic safe spaces for her audience to engage and resonate with her content.  Natalie is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the ACC level.  

Donna Knutson enjoyed a long and prosperous career in local television news as a writer, producer, and newsroom manager. She worked in Baltimore at WJZ and WMAR, in the New York market at WWOR, in Philadelphia at WCAU, and in Cincinnati at WLWT. 

Local television news thrives when it tells the stories of the people in the communities each station serves. Donna was proud to support personal, impactful, and relevant storytelling throughout her career.

Donna taught high school students to write, report, produce, and anchor newscasts. She taught college composition courses at a local community college. She used her knowledge as a working journalist and her degrees in English (Poetry) and Professional Writing to start her coaching and editing business, Write Journeys, in 2019.

Monica Randall is the Founder and CEO of The Randall Group, LLC (TRG), a consulting firm established in 2011. TRG specializes in helping businesses navigate government contracting opportunities. With over 35 years of experience, Ms. Randall has a proven track record of assisting small businesses across various industries.

Prior to founding TRG, Ms. Randall spent 23 years at the Small Business Administration (SBA), holding various roles including SBA Servicing Loan Officer, Marketing Specialist, and Business Opportunity Specialist within the SBA's 8(a) program. She also served as a Marketing Specialist at CIT, Small Business Lending in New Jersey, where she provided market and outreach support.
